Nat has a passion for product and people. An OG member of The Gap, she’s a creative force, who’s shapeshifted her skills to support and lead the team through many phases. She loves finding culture cures, supporting people stretch, and pushing the product by harnessing the unique brains in our team.

With a love (and unused degree) for architecture and design, when not directing Gap traffic, Nat will likely be fantasising about living in a hand-built, off-grid tiny cabin on a precarious landscape with her husband and Jack Russell. A prospect, that would require some compromise… where would the kids fit?
