Kirsteen helps our members connect their key people and processes to improve efficiency and team engagement. A seasoned project manager and process mapper, Kirsteen enjoys changing out of ‘mum mode’ to work with people who are prioritising their clients’ mind, time, and financial freedom through the delivery of sustainable advisory services.  

Originally from Scotland, Kirsteen holds the majority of the singing talent at The Gap (as an ex a capella choir member), and once had an excellent golf handicap. While she’s retired from professional sport, she’s still a prolific park runner – a pastime she shares with her husband and three boys.
